Yes—lawful, private, adult use in our designated members‑only areas. Dominica amended its law in October 2020 to decriminalize possession of up to 28 g and to allow limited home cultivation; public consumption remains restricted and commercial supply is prohibited without authorization. We operate entirely within this framework.

No. The Club never sells, stocks, or imports cannabis. Bring your own (BYOC) within the personal‑use limit. The law restricts “supply,” so the Club does not arrange or intermediate exchanges. Members are responsible for their own conduct.

Yes. Your 30‑day membership is valid even if you visit for one afternoon. On cruise days we run a free members’ shuttle Bayfront ⇄ Papillote timed for “All Aboard,” so you can relax in private rainforest lounges and be back on time.

Plan to BYOC. Many members bring their personal selections, and on busy days you’ll often encounter informal, personal tastings hosted by members at their discretion. The Club does not guarantee availability and does not facilitate supply—stay within the possession limit and our private zones.

Cruise days have more members on site (and more sessions), which many travelers prefer. We cap capacity for comfort and compliance; book a shuttle time.

Discreet photography in gardens is fine; no photos of other members without consent.

Use is limited to designated private areas at Papillote; public consumption is restricted by law. The 2020 amendment also defines “smoking” to include vaping, so follow our zone signage and staff guidance.
